We specialise in developing a relationship with small businesses, churches and charities, not just hosting websites. If you are already a client or wish to become one, we offer two options, Standard and Homepage to complement our other services.

Standard, everything you need for your website.

Priced at £200 per annum, payable in advance. Within the scope of our terms we try and be as flexible as possible in the mix of features we provide, so let us know what you want to achieve and we will advise you on what we think is best. After all why should you have to make decisions about your hosting based on technical terms you don't understand?

However if you do understand your technical requirements, you can have either Windows or Unix servers, and using our Standard Unix webspace option as an example, you get;

but we aim to be flexible so if you know you require something that isn't listed, let us know and we'll see what we can do for the same price.

Homepage, cost effective, simple sites for a reasonable price.

The idea of Homepage is that there is a simple template at a fixed cost, which will allow small organisations, companies or individuals, to publish information about themselves on the Internet.

The site is maintained by us, there is no ftp or file uploading to worry about. All you have to do is provide the text in a .txt file and any graphics in .jpg or .gif format, we do the rest.

Not only will you get three pages on the site, you will also get an email account that you can receive with any of the mainstream email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook Express.

Your website address would be www.woodhost.com/yourname/ and the email address would be yourname.yourcompany@woodhost.com. Once the account is set up you could purchase a more specific domain name and have that directed to your site.

There are many sites than offer such redirection, but if you are not confident to do this yourself, let us know and we will do it for you. The price will depend on whether you decide on a .com or co.uk domain name.

Costs

The initial setup will cost £50 which will include adding your text and graphics to a pre-defined site style which you can view here.

Also included in that are the annual site and email costs, which are £50 to renew each year.

If you need any changes made at a later date, there will be a charge of £10 per page per change.
